H1B Stamping with Concurrent H1B

Hello,

I am going for H1B stamping at Delhi embassy next month. I have two H1B's - one from my employer and one of my own business. I am on EC model with my employer.

I will be showing my employer's petition, LCA and other documents and I want H1B to be stamped based on those documents. Can he still come to know about my business H1B through USCIS database? And if he still knows what questions can he asked? If he knows about my business H1B then am I more likely to be rejected?

Also, it would be a great help if anyone can send me list of documents needed to H1b interview. Any link would help too.
