H1 Transfer from current employer.

Hi

Is there any locking period for H1 transfer. ? I was on L1 visa and my current employer applied for a new H1 visa and got it approved( in oct 2011) . So is there any locking period with my current employer? Or can I move to a new employer (H1 Transfer) at any time ?
