H4 extension stamping without Spouse H1b Stamped on passport

My Spouse working in USA since 2007 and me joined on H4 in 2009.Both of our visa got extended for another 3 years in 2010. Now i'm planning to go to India for vaccation,

1) Is there any problem to have H4 ext stamped if my spouse doesn't have H1 ext stamping on passport? We have valid I94 till Sep 2013.

2) What are the documents I need to carry?

That's fine, all you need is spouse's extension approval notice and other normal documents from employer, your passport etc.
