Questions on H1B Transfer

Hi all,

I have been working with company A and my H1B is from the same company. I am planning to join company B; company B is willing to transfer my H1B.

I have the following few basic questions:

1. If the H1B transfer is approved then will I still be allowed to continue with company A?
   
2. If the H1B transfer is denied then will I be allowed to continue with company A?
