kamy Posted December 18, 2011 Report Share Posted December 18, 2011 I was transferred my H1 to new employer in July-2011 and due to personal reason I was not able to join the new employer. I am interested to join the same employer now. Just wanted to check whether do I need to transfer my H1B again or I can join on same H1 transfer? Please advice. Thanks Link to comment
