It does not matter if they update the website or not. They are very inconsistent with that especially with the petitions filed with Texas. Link to comment

My employer sent the check for premimum after filing it in regular and USCIS is not desposited the check. Not sure whether the i140 refiling can be filed in premium! Link to comment
