sunshineeast Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 Need your help here, H1B status changed to RFE asking for New LCA + Client letter + some internal documents. Current status on valid L1 and got a H1 with RFE and need to respond RFE before 30-Jan. Cleared interview and Got a project ready in hand and they asked to join 25th Dec. Is this legal to join this project and then to respond the RFE with all valid documents? Need to suggestions. Appreciate your help. Thanks, Link to comment
