Regarding H1B Amendment at new client

Hi frds,

I have quick Q on Amendment. I am a IT consultant working at client location through my employer. I have applied H1B( F1 to H1B), got approval on Jul-2011. My client has given the all letters required for H1B.

Right now my project is done, I found another in same city( walkable distance to current client).

My question is:

1. Do I need to apply for H1B- amendment with new client. ( I think no, since I am working in same state)

2. Do we need to apply for amendment process everytime when I change the client?

Please give me a suggestion.
