I had interview in Nov at Hyd. I was issued 221G blue form with AAP. In Feb I received e-mail saying ur visa is denied and ur case is sent back to USCIS for further review. any updates from others ?

Sorry to hear Gopal ..Can you please let me the reason for the denail. Are you in EVC or EC model and IS it your first time or renewal.

does any one have idea if we can apply for a transfer or file new H1 from different company when case is with USCIS.

Any one Approved recently fron HYD Consulate for 221g Blue with AAP Checked?

I had my visa interview in hyd consulate on 30 march .The interview went along for 45 min , stressing on more my e-e relastioship( Mine is EVC model). At the end of the interviwe she asked me to sing the sheet which has my answers , same as you did and then gave a white slip with the case number . Did you hear back from the embaddy yet , any communication they had with you . what do you think the chances are ?

I attended my visa interview in hyderabad on jan 31. I am on EVC model and received 221g blue. VO asked lot of questions regarding employee - employer relationship and at the end he printed what all i told him and asked me to sign it. He took all my docs 797, 129, LCA, client letter, letter to USCIS but he gave me my PP back.

Is anybody in the same boat. Did anybody sign a what they said in the interview like me? Can anybody let me know how long will it be? What are the rejection chances?

I was renewing my visa and i am working with the same client for the past 3.5 years
