Working for Multiple H1B and GC issue

I am leaving company A with whom I have worked for past 6 yrs, I have 6-9th yr I797 approval from company A (based upon I140 approval from them).

I am going to join a non-profitable organization B, who has just filed my H1B.

The concern is now my previous employer wants me to work for them on part time H1B so that I can continue supporting their projects on part time basis and they keep on support my I140.

1. So is it possible for one to work on 2 H1B legelly, in my case?

If yes how many maximum hours or mimimum hours per week or month or year can you work on Part time H1B while you are also working on full time H1B with different employer?

2. In future if my PD becomes current and I want to come back to employer A as full time? How difficult or process would it be in below cases?

a) My I797 is not expired.

b) My I797 is expired but I140 is approved.

3. In case 1 is not possible, what will happen to employer A's I797 and I140 when I join employer B?

4.My I140 was approved more than 6 months back and I have the soft copy of approval notice.

Can I use the PD(Nov 2010 in this case) of approved I140 provided if employer B files my new PERM etc. and employer A does not support or revoke approved I140?
