Mahi_Venu
Hello Experts, Joined a big firm in Nov/2010 got layed off after 6 months. I rejoined my previous employer (A), as they did not cancel my H1B visa and it is valid till Dec/2013. Visa on the passport is based on the previous employer (A), only my I 94 got updated with the big firm's receipt number, as I had to travel outside US. Now I planning to go out side because of client request, my question will there be any issue at the port of entry, as I will be using my previous employers (A) approved I797 & VISA Also, my previous company paid right from the day I started working for them again. cpuri
Hi Mahi, Is it ok to directly start working with previous Employer (A) without doing any documentation work. ??? I understand that you could take this step because your h1b visa was still valid with the previuos Employer. Regds, CP Link to comment
