Question about H1 visa status

Hi I have an approved H1 from company A, got it transferred to company B and started working with them after getting the receipt number and when the transfer is still in progress moved to company C and started working with company C ,once i got receipt number and company B will be withdrawing the petition soon as i no longer work for them , so when i applied for visa with company C , we used relieving letter from company A, visa approval from company A and receipt number from company B to apply for a new petition, am i still in status? as i only started working for company C after getting the receipt? or am I out of status
