H1 B transfer RFE on old application -still under process

Hi,

I was working with company A and h1 got approved i worked with them for an year, i shifted to company B and transferred my h1 and when my h1 transfer is still in progress i left the job and joined company C, company C will be doing my premium processing soon, 1 week after leaving company B my h1 application got RFE , i spoke to my company B and they said since i left the job they will be withdrawing the petition.Will this effect my visa acceptance chances in any of the ways with company C( This one is a full time job where as with company B it was a consultancy)? even if the USCIS centers are different?

I only started working for my new company after i got the receipt number , isnt that the authorization to work?
