H1B Transfer - Need help

Hi All,

I want to transfer my H1B from company A to Company B. With Company A i had approved labor and I-140.

As per as i know if company A is not revoke my I-140 i can use the PD through Company B. But i don't have any copies of approved labor and I-140 except the I-140 receipt number.

My question is if i am applying through company B and trying to use PD will i required the previous approved copies?

Please advise.
