H1B transfer issue --- very urgent

Hi All,

I am currently an employee of X company(consulting firm) and work at Y client as a contractor.

I have recently got an full time offer from Z , which i have accepted , done with my h1b transfer with h1 start date on I-797 as 12/12/2011. But my actual work start date is on Jan 16th 2012. So i will be on the payroll of X until Jan 15th 2012.

The problem here is i have got an full-time opportunity with current client(Y) where i am working. So i would like to accept the offer from Y and transfer my H1B to him.

So what is procedure for this?

Since i will be on the payroll of X until Jan 15 2012 , which i797 should i submit for the h1b transfer?

Since the start date on Z's i-797 is 12/12/2011 , but actual work start date is on Jan 16th 2012 . Do i need any documents from Z for my h1b transfer process?
