mayankbhat Posted December 1, 2011 Report Share Posted December 1, 2011 I started working on L2 EAD in Jan 2007. In Oct 2007, I moved to H1b with COS. Therafter I have been working on h1b. My query is about the time I am left with for my 6 yrs of H1b. Is my period of l2 EAD work is accounted in the H1b 6 yrs allowance?? Please respond.. Link to comment
