I did submitted all my certificates and education evaluation document and as I am working for a prime vendor I hope my attorney filed that properly. Just in case if my H1 application got reject what are my other options for reapplying Can I reapply to the rejected application..... If yes, 1. what is the duration I will have to reply back or file back 2. What is the fee that i need to pay for reconsidering and do I need to know anything else here on it..... Please help.
