lgvisa
I have H1b visa and I am planning to start green card processing. But my employer said the company has 10 employees. If they file green card for me, will there be any problem just because there are very few employees in that company? Will my green card be rejected because the company is small? Link to comment
redgreenbluee
please consult a lawyer. small company is not a problem as long as all requirements are met. it is best to consult with an immigration lawyer before starting the process.
