sid.jassy
Hi, I have been working in USA on L1B visa since 2007. I had H1B approved petition from another consulting company in 2008. However after 6 months later my H1B was revoked due to recession time. Still i have been working on L1B and it supposed to be expired early 2012. 1) I heard that if somebody has already gone though H1B process and received approved petition then next if he/she file H1B again then it will not consider into cap count. Is there any way to file H1B now without coming into cap count? 2) Can I apply for second extension on L1B visa for time which i spent out country during my visa duration? would appreciate your response...thanks in advance!!!
