manikan2002
My wife is a physical therapist and her employer/attorney filed H1B petition as : Employer own physical therapy practice where she will be working but he got the RFE as: Internet searches (like Google Maps) show your office address to be that of a private house on a residential street. Please provide photos of your office from the street, as well as the interior. Please provide any of the additional info on “Work Location” like telephone, electricity bills and business license registration. Actually her employer has a staffing agency and sending her to work with a contracted facility in another location. Now is there a way to respond to such RFE and what option does he has? Can he tell USCIS that its a staffing agency rather than physical therapy practice with all the documents? Any information/help is appreciated. Link to comment
JoeF
Staffing agencies can not file H1s. Only real employers can. And a staffing agency that can't even afford a real office is obviously a fly-by-night operation. Link to comment
