221 g at chennai due to middle vendor not updated in LCA

Hi,

I was issued 221G at chennai asking for "Updated letter from uscis and LCA updated with middle vendor information". I am not sure whether this is possible. Any one in my sitauation ?. The middle vendor was not updated in the LCA which was applied during extension. I do have a I140 EB2 approved.

Any one in my situation ?

Is there any chance for me to get the stamping?
