Hi,

My new H1B docs were recd by Vermont office on 11/21 and I recd. the receipt number as EACxxxxxxxxxx on 11/23. Am I under the cap?

Email from Vermont office to Lawyer says

that had been filed under the Premium Processing Service:

you made it, what else you need to know that your application is accepted... without any doubt your application is received by USCIS but they take 15 days to give a response or decision... all the best...
