Impact of company classification change on H1B

We are a small business and are going to change to an LLC from an INC company. Because of this, there will be a change in the company tax ID. I have two questions on this for any attorney or other user who has gone through this:

1. Since there is a change in the company tax ID, do I have to amend my H1B?

2. My I-140 has been approved for this current employer. Do I have to go through LC and I-140 process again?
