H1B Transfer from one company to another and GC filing by original company

I currently am working with Company A on a H1B status. I got an offer from Company B and they filed for H1B transfer, which got approved. However, Company B rescinded my offer after approval.

1) Can I still work with Company A or do they have to refile?

2) Can Company A file my GC application without any problem?
