Green Card Process Help

Hi Everyone,

Can some one help me with the following issues?

1) I am done with my Master's in Chemistry and now I am working for my employer since 2010 and I got my H1-B approved starting from October 2011. I also got my passport stamped in India. So, now going forward to Green card application, can I please know which category (EB2/EB3) is best suitable for me to get my GC ASAP?

2) Knowing my current status from above when is the best time for me to apply for GC, I know it is better to apply as soon as my employer can do that on my behalf, but I am asking this again as I am thinking to change employer only in case it does not affect my H1-B status.

3) Also it will be helpful if some one can post step by step process for GC process after getting H1-B.
