immig11
Hi, I am on H1 and I am planning to join as a Consultant for a Software product based company. They specify that I have to travel 90%. I am assuming that the work will be at the Client site say for a month or two and then to the next Client site. How will the LCA work in this case? Will they have to file for a new LCA for each location? Amending H1 is not practical in this case? your inputs appreciated... Link to comment
hpagey
My company's lawyer applies to a new LCA whenever our consultants who are on H1b face situation like yours. Link to comment
JoeF
Will they have to file for a new LCA for each location? Generally, yes. Amending H1 is not practical in this case? Why not? That's the cost of doing this kind of business... Competent companies have no problem doing this. Link to comment

By the time I get any of those, I might already be at a different Site. Link to comment
