RMKhan Posted September 27, 2013 Report Share Posted September 27, 2013 H4 visa issued :-) Vi may 8th After I got my H4 I Also got email from chennai consulate to submit my ppt as my adminstrative processing is complete which was pending for 19 months. I applied for H1 on 23rd feb 2012 , no docs asked. Nahid, I am also waiting since Feb 2013 for fresh H1B. Consulate has issued me a 221(g) white template.What can I do can you please help me on this. jlt Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 Received an email from Chennai Admin on 1st of October that my Admin Processing is Complete and I need to send a scanned copy of new version of petiotion (I-129S). Mine is L1 Blanket case. The petition is valid till 2016 Feb and my interview was on 11th of March, 2013 which is alomost 7 months back Has anybody come across this kind of case? Do I stand a chance of getting my PP stamped? I am also not sure why they are asking for new version of petition? will I be subjected to one more round of Administrative Processing? Link to comment

Got clearance on 25th Aug 2013 (notified by consulate via mail).. Applied for a new Petition on 19th Sep (since the previous one got expired during the admin processing).. Sent the scanned copy of the new petition to consulate... Visa was stamped on 25th Sep 2013 and finally picked up my PP on 26th Sep 2013.... what a relief 9/26 was... Just for a 3 week(s) travel I had to go through so much of pain.... God!! What a long journey... I still can't forget each day I cried out loud to get my PP back!! I wish you all (whose visa status is PENDING) good luck and hope your it gets processed soon. Link to comment
