I was on H1b and got laid off . So applied for H4, and it is in 'Initial Review' status since 2 months now. Now my old employer (who used to hold my H1) has found me another project.

How can i start working now ?

How can i withdraw my H4 application ?

What is my current status ? - H1 or H4 ?

New project starts in one week. Really appreciate if i can get a solution for my situation.
