bkrishna2001 Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 Hi, My name is Krishna. i am in OPT expiring in Feb 2012. I am going to India in Nov 15 and coming back on Dec 15 2011. I am working now. I thought of applying H1b after Dec 15. My concern is right now there are only 14,000 H1b applications left for this year. My employer is asking to apply H1b before i start my vacation to India. So, is this ok to travel in pending H1b applications? Please, advice Thanks in advance Link to comment
