AAO Processing time for EB2

Hi,

I would need some advice..

It's been 34 months since we have filed appeal for I-140 EB2 denial; USCIS and AILA websites showing processing times of 31 months recently. Since our application has crossed the timeline provided I'm not sure what can be done now.. When we contacted AAO dept. 3 months back, we got a reply that they have never received any supporting documents from NSC but NSC is claiming that they have sent the documents to AAO long back and they also have confirmation from AAO that documents were received. NSC and AAO is not giving any correct information. I'm NOT sure what should be done now? Do we have any options to check the status of application or to escalate the issue ?

Please advise on how to proceed now..
