Hi All,

My H1 got approved in march when I was at different client place, after it approved, I have changed my client in April. My employer didnt applied for the Amendment till now. Now I have to go to INDIA, so if I apply for Amendment now, will there be any problem? as its been nearly 7 months.

Kindly let me know.

These days in India they are not leaving any chance to give a 221g query. U might need an ammendment. Check with ur attorney and check other posts in the forum where people were given 221gs due to ammendment issues. I may not be 100% correct but I would say before coming to India take consultation from a good immigration Attorney. Indian consulting companies in US doesn't seem to have all the latest updates.
