I 485 - Birth certificate registration date issues

Hello All,

I filed my gc in EB2 and my priority date is june 2008. I have few questions on Birth certificate. I registered my birth last year when I applied for my birth certificate. So the registration date is 2010.

MY question is when I file for my I -485, what additional documents related to birth registration date do I have to submit along with my birth certificate?

Also, my home address is spelled wrong in the birth certificate i.e. PLOT is spelled as PLAT, and PRASHANTI NAGAR as PRASHATI NAGAR ? Will this cause any issues?

Please help.
