linn Posted November 9, 2011 Report Share Posted November 9, 2011 Hi, My OPT is expiring on November 30th and I don't have any grace period/extension left. My employer has applied for H1 in October but the case is not approved yet. Can I continue to work after November 30th? Or do I have to stop working till H1 is approved. Thanks, Linn Link to comment
