Working with current employer after H-1 B transfer ?

Hi,

Need advise on this.

1. I got a job offer from Company Y and H-1 transfer has been initiated. Currently I work for Company X who holds my H-1. If H-1 Transfer gets approved and I change my mind to stick to Company X, is this legally possible ?

2. In case of any RFE for H-1 transfer to Company Y, any impact to my H-1 from Company X ?

3. Any key points to take care during this H-1 B transfer process so that my current H-1 remain safe assuming I continue with Company X ?

4. At what point of time my H-1 with company X gets cancelled ? after resignation or whenever company wants to revoke after resignation ?
