H1 Rejected after 221g blue- Help reg new petition

After receiving 221g blue slip on admin process...finally 5 months later visa has been denied... 3 yrs of approval is of no use now.

Can anyone tell me how to file new petition when i do not have job and untill i join a new project how the client would issue me a client letter.

I feel so confused and helpless right now.

Anyone with suggestions and help, really appreciated

@ftr_19 - transfer ur h1 to a new employer who can file as an internal project. dont worry buddy many ppl are in the same boat. think positive n all will be good
