shravs3 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Hi My H1 got rejected due to employee and employer relation is not well defined...so can any one please post the questions and answers for the first time H1B stamping?? I am transfering from F1 to H1 now and my undergrad is B.Pharmacy (4yrs), after that i did PGDCA course for an year and then worked as programmer trainee for an year and then went to USA for MBA on F1. My OPT completed on sep 30th and same day left to india for my marriage. Now i am working as programmer analyst soo can u please post me the possibility of questions and how to handle those questions??? Appreciate ur help...thanks Link to comment

Desi Dude Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 You are working as Programmer Analyst after MBA degree, those are completely different fields. How did you manage to get OPT. That's illegal, you will have issues during stamping. Link to comment
