Daughter is a US Citizen and filing for AOS for her mom who is an immediate family member, daughter's income is qualified to the poverty line according to her certificate of employment and her husband doesnt' want to do anything about the filing the questions are: in the form i-693 the daughter still have to put the husband in the household size but will not put the husband's salary and will not file another i-693a for the husband and also the irs transcript is a joint income will this be a problem?
