How parents can come to US if their child holds GC (through H1B)?

Is there any way so that parents can come & live in US with their child except tourist visa for parents.

Can a child sponsor his parents after getting GC?

Only a US citizen con sponsor his or her parents for a GC.

The child can sponsor parents for a GC once she is a Citizen.
