Hi

I came to US on F1 visa. After Graduation I got my H1B approved in Oct 2009. I am working as Contractor. In 2009, I did not have a Project. So my employer did not generate my pay roll (Oct-Nov-Dec). In 2010 I got my job. I have W-2 for 2010. now, In this DEC 2011 I am going to India for 1st time H1 Stamping.

I am worry about my W-2 for 2009. If VO ask about my 2009 w-2, what should I reply ?

Fact way - Tell you dont have it, was not generated because you didn't paid for those months in 2009. Chances are you might get a query or visa refusal or if your stars are bright visa approved.

My way - Modify 2010, make a new 2009 w2. I did the same last year. Took fake 2009 w2 for interview, VO asked for it.. I gave.. he looked at it and gave me back.. next sentence from him - visa approved.
