H1 pending amount from previous employer

Hi,

Recently i changed /moved from employer A to Employer B.

Upon receiving approval from USCIs, I resigned from company A and started working for them. and there was no agreement from previous employer.

But my last 45 days amount pending with old employer and i already sent him couple of emails ,but there is no +ve reply from them.and i have proof of sending timesheet emails .

Here My question is: is there any legal way to get my money back. he charged me for everything (Including my H1 fee )during employment.

if there is any solution for this, how do i approach him?

The old employer has to pay you according to their normal pay cycle.

If they don't want to pay, you should file a complaint with DOL on form WH4. The DOL will make them pay you.

Oh, and what "H1 fee"? Never pay for an H1.

yes,H1 Filing fee Initially(around $2500 ) and also for renewal($2000 ) :(

so they robbed me like anything.. finally moved out :(

also if i want my experience letter from old employer then .??
