nitinrawal
Hi, Recently i changed /moved from employer A to Employer B. Upon receiving approval from USCIs, I resigned from company A and started working for them. and there was no agreement from previous employer. But my last 45 days amount pending with old employer and i already sent him couple of emails ,but there is no +ve reply from them.and i have proof of sending timesheet emails . Here My question is: is there any legal way to get my money back. he charged me for everything (Including my H1 fee )during employment. if there is any solution for this, how do i approach him? Thanks a lot for checking this post. Link to comment
JoeF
The old employer has to pay you according to their normal pay cycle. If they don't want to pay, you should file a complaint with DOL on form WH4. The DOL will make them pay you. Oh, and what "H1 fee"? Never pay for an H1. Link to comment
