Filing 485. Holding Multiple address at the same time?

I stay in X state with legal (lease) and current address.

My wife works and stays in Y different state with legal (lease) and current address. I am also on the lease on this house as well. I usually visit for weekends and holidays.

In Biometrics, It asks for the address that we stayed for the past 5 years.

Should I specify both addresses? If both then how can I specify both?

Or should I just mention my current work place residence address? If so would USCIS be digging up my credit history and know the other address? Would it be an issue in case if its not mentioned?
