mnop
I have 11 more months before the end of my 6th year of H1. I am hoping that my LC / I-40 will be approved in time for me to apply for a visa extension. Fingers Crossed. Question - Say if everything goes as planned, I get the three year extension and enter year 7 of my H1. Will I have the option to move to a different employer and be able to maintain my priority date? Any feedback or reference to the right resource for info will be of great help. Thanks in advance! pontevecchio
You can move to a new employer with a 3 year H1 extension provided it is applied for before the I-140 is revoked if at all. Why is working for the original GC sponsor not possible? Link to comment
mnop
Thanks for the response. Surely possible to work for my current employer and that is the intention. But like anyone else, I'd like to know my options. Again, thanks for the feedback. Link to comment
