xcelmind
My employer applied for my perm in the month of June (06/28/2011) and the status is still pending. I have seen lot of other people getting their Perm approval for the month of June 2011. Is there any reason for a delay in the approval process for some of the Perm applications? The DOL site also states that it is processing cases filed in July 2011. I'm confused and don't know what to do now. Please advice. Thanks, Kumar Link to comment

noauditplz
I think you attorney can give a call to the DOL on the case status. below is the excerpt from DOLETA website The dates posted on iCERT above reflect the month (which is 08/2011) and year in which cases were filed that are now being adjudicated at the Atlanta National Processing Center. For various reasons, we may be completing the processing of applications filed prior to the month posted on iCERT. If your application was filed more than 3 months prior to the month posted, you may contact our Helpdesk for a status on the application at plc.atlanta@dol.gov Link to comment
Attorney_9
If the case is outside of the standard processing times, listed on Icert then your employer or attorney can send an email to plc.atlanta@dol.gov. In some cases, an extended processing time is a sign of audit or supervised recruitment. However 2-4 months is still average processing times. Link to comment
