My H1B was extended for the first time in oct - 2010 Also, i have filled for 485 in oct-11 under EB1B and will not be getting AP and EAD before i leave for india. My 140 was approved in sep. Any advice on H1B stamping? Will pending 485 help or hurt my H1B stamping? Is mumbai an advisable location for H1B in my case? Link to comment

My wife needs to travel and needs to go for stamping. Did you carry the I485 receipts with you? Any inputs will be truly appreciated. Link to comment
