When would EB2I Dec 2009 be current. Im hoping in Dec 2012.

We have some updated information on MDC regarding EB2 anticipated cut off date movement for December. More information will follow--this is reliable as it came from the gov't official who is responsible for visa number control and the Visa Bulletin.

Charles Oppenheim, person responsible for visa number allocations predicts following -

EB-2 ROW expected to remain current

EB-2 I/C. Possibly December 2011 Visa Bulletin would advance EB-2 India and China to at least March 1, 2008 or even further. Similar forward movement may be expected in the January 2012 and February 2012 Visa Bulletins. May retrogress towards the summer of 2012.

EB-3 ROW expected to move gradually slightly forward for the next few visa bulletins

EB-3 I/C This category is expected to remain unchanged or to move very slowly forward
