I was with company A from Oct 2007 to 31 May 2009, on 31st May company A told me that they will revoke my visa & immediately I joined company B, my H1B visa petition filed on June 10 2009 (I 797 receipt date is June 12 2009 & Notice date is June 18 2009) and I am with company B till date. I am going for my Visa stamping, in DS160 form I need to mention the dates of current employment & previous employment , so what dates I should mention? Should I mention this Company A Oct 10 2007 to May 31 2009 Company B June 12th 2009 to till date or June 1 2009 to till date 10 days gap is okay? Appreciate your response. Thank you very much.
