iCnoGC
Can someone at the Murthy Law Firm please provide a generic letter that we can modify and send to our congress members asking them to support H.R. 3012? It would be greatly appreciated and would make it a lot easier for us to ask our friends and relatives to contact their congressmen as well. Thanks in anticipation. Link to comment
JoeF
It won't go anywhere, anyway. Link to comment
Pedro Gonzales
google HR3012 and you'll find a site/forum which has that already. Also call all the congressmen on the judicial council on Monday. Link to comment

chakrakr
Check IV site. There are campaigns to support 3012. Funny, some members were all supportive for DREAM but not on this one. Link to comment
JoeF
If you can n't help, please at least do not discourage others. It has nothing to do with discouragement, but with being realistic. You can of course waste your time and dreams on this, but for political observers it is very obvious that this won't go anywhere. If only you had spent as much time on your education and gotten an advanced degree as you seem to spend on yet another dead bill... Link to comment

Even with an Advanced Degree , someone from China/India will have to wait for 5 years + to get a GC. There should ideally be no quota for EB GC and if there must be , it should be based on relative size/population of each country -- rather than a flat percent. As for being realistic --- realistic people thought Comprehensive Immigration reform, DREAM et al. will pass and wasted lot of time for those . So why not "waste" some more time .......
