FNU Name issue for AOS(I-485)

Hello,

My wife has a last name blank in her passport. While issuing H4-visa, USCIS had issued her the visa with First Name: FNU Last Name: Xyz Kaur.

She then applied for F1 visa (which is her current visa status) and got her F1visa with First Name: Xyz Kaur and Last Name: FNU. She had applied for SSN and added my last name to SSN and has First Name: Xyz Kaur and Last name: My surname(husband). Now for filling her AOS along with my I-485 application, which name should I fill on the form? Please advice.

Could there be any complications in getting her AOS done because of this Name issue. Please share your experiences.

Can you please assist me, as i am facing a little similar problem, my spouse is not having last name in her passport and visa is issued with FNU. Now that i have to apply for EAD and while filling I-765 what should i use in the last name. Thanks in advance.
