newH4toH1
Hi I am working in E-V-C model where my employer is desi consulting firm and my end client is good known company.I came to US on H4 and applied for H1 last year and it got approved.I started working for this client from Dec 2010 and since it is a long term project I will be working for this end client for long time. I am planning to go to India which requires H1 stamping to return to US.My questions are: 1)Can I go to Canada for first time stamping? 2)Is there better chance of getting H1 stamp if I go to Mumbai consulate? I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance Link to comment
