H1 Stamping after transfer

Hi ,

I had stamping done till April 2013 in Hyd May2011 through employer A and came to US.

In Aug i have transfered my visa to another employer B.Im planning to go India in Jan 2012 ,do i need to go stamping again.Please advice

last year i was in the same situation. at that time stamping was not necessary. i dont know whether rules changed.

the best thing to do is, send an email to hyderabad consulate and ask them the same question. while ur travelling to india, take a copy of the reply from them. so at port of entry, if the officer says anything, show him the copy of reply
